Product use conditions:
1. The medium temperature does not exceed 60℃, the density is
1.0~1.3kg/dm3, and the pH value is in the range of 5~9.
2. For pumps without internal gravity circulation cooling system,
the motor part does not exceed 1/2 of the liquid surface.
3. In general, the pump must be used within the use head range to
ensure that the motor is not overloaded. If it needs to be used
within the full head range, it should be specified when ordering so
that the manufacturer can manufacture it.
4. During operation, the pump motor current must not exceed the
rated current of the motor.
Product structure description:
1. WQP and QWP stainless steel submersible sewage pumps are
composed of two parts: the motor and the pump. The two parts are
separated by an oil isolation chamber and a mechanical seal
assembly. They are mechatronic products. The motor and the pump
share the same shaft (rotor). The entire pump is short in length
and compact in structure. Equipped with a variety of protection
devices, the pump runs safely and reliably.
2. The functions of its main components are as follows:
Signal line 1: Equipped with a full-protection pump control cabinet
to implement * protection for the pump, including water leakage,
phase failure, short circuit, overheating, motor overload and other
items.
Motor stator 8: Adopts Class B or Class F insulation.
Water leakage probe 11: This component is installed in the oil
chamber. When the mechanical seal is damaged, water enters the oil
chamber, and the probe can send a signal to protect the pump by the
control system.
Mechanical seal 13: Adopts double-channel series seal, and uses a
new type of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide material,
which has the characteristics of reliable sealing, wear resistance
and long life.
Impeller 17: The impeller adopts a single-channel or double-channel
structure, with a strong passing capacity, capable of passing large
materials and fiber garbage, reducing blockage and entanglement.
Pump body 15: Used with the impeller, the pump has a higher
efficiency.
Sealing ring 18: Installed at the mouth ring of the pump body. When
the mouth ring is worn due to the operation of the impeller, the
sealing ring can be replaced to ensure that the pump runs at the
highest efficiency.
Common fault analysis and troubleshooting methods
Product advantages:
1. The large flow channel anti-clogging hydraulic component design
greatly improves the dirt passing capacity, and can effectively
pass fiber materials 5 times the pump diameter and solid particles
with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
2. Reasonable design, reasonable matching motor, high efficiency

3. The mechanical seal adopts a double-channel tandem seal, made of

It does not need to build a pump room and can work by submerging in

5. An oil-water probe is installed in the pump oil chamber. When
the mechanical seal on the water pump side is damaged, water enters
the oil chamber, and the probe generates a signal to protect the
pump.
6. According to user needs, it can be equipped with a fully
automatic safety protection control cabinet to monitor water
leakage, leakage, overload and overtemperature of the pump to
ensure reliable and safe operation of the pump. 7.
The double-rail automatic coupling installation system brings great
convenience to the installation and maintenance of the pump, and
people do not have to go in and out of the sewage pit for this.
8. The float switch can automatically control the pump to stop and
start according to the required water level changes, without the
need for special personnel to supervise.
9. Ensure that the motor is not overloaded within the use head
range.
10. According to the use occasion, the motor can adopt a water
jacket type external circulation cooling system to ensure the safe
operation of the electric pump in a waterless (dry) state.
