Brief introduction
JYPX Hydraulic Diaphragm Metering Pumps are mainly reciprocating
metering pumps. The number of cylinders can be divided into single
cylinder, double cylinder and triple cylinder.

Features
1. Cost-effective, generally applicable to the pressure
requirements of the water treatment industry
2. With eccentric structure, there is no leakage on the whole,
which can be placed on the tank or pipeline
3. Cast aluminum shell, high heat dissipation performance, the
overall weight is light, suitable for all kinds of acid and alkali
liquid
4. Pump wetted part material is PVC, PTFE, or stainless steel
5. When the pump runs or stops, the flow can be adjusted at will
and the output can be quantified
6. The diaphragm metering pump is made of compressed multi-layer
structure. The first layer is the acid resistant film of
super-toughness Teflon, the second layer is EPDM elastic rubber,
the third layer is 3mm thick SS304 supporting iron core, the fourth
layer is reinforced with reinforced nylon fiber, and the fifth
layer is completely wrapped with EPDM elastic rubber, which can
effectively improve the service life of the diaphragm
Application
The pump can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, textile, food,
paper, atomic energy technology, power plants, plastics,
pharmaceuticals, water plants, environmental protection and other
industrial and scientific sectors, for the precise quantitative
delivery of liquid without solid particles to pressurized or
atmospheric vessels and pipeline
