General:
YW submerged sewage pump is a vertical submerged structure. When
working, the pump body is immersed in water, and the submerged
depth can reach 0.5~5m. It adopts a unique single blade or double
blade impeller structure, which can effectively pass through the
fiber materials with a diameter of 5 times the pump diameter and
solid particles with a diameter of 50% of the pump diameter.

Features:
1. The design of anti clogging hydraulic components with large flow
passage greatly improves the passing capacity of dirt, and can
effectively pass through 5 times the fiber material of the pump
diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the
pump diameter.
2. The design is reasonable, the supporting motor is reasonable,
the efficiency is high, and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.
3. The mechanical seal adopts double channel tandem seal, and the
material is hard wear-resistant tungsten carbide, which is durable
and wear-resistant, and can make the pump run safely and
continuously for more than 8000 hours.
4. The submerged sewage pump has compact structure, small volume,
convenient movement and simple installation.
5. It can be equipped with an automatic liquid level control
cabinet to automatically control the start and stop of the pump
according to the required liquid level change. It is very
convenient to use without special care.
6. The pump is a vertical structure. When working, the pump body is
immersed in liquid, so it is easy to start. There is no exhaust and
evacuation problem. At the same time, it has no leakage and other
characteristics. The depth of the liquid can reach 15 meters.
7. The coupling structure is advanced and reliable. The pump and
motor are connected by a coupling device. The size of the pump
shaft is precise, which ensures the smooth operation of the pump
with sufficient safety factor.
8. Submerged sewage pump can be installed with single pipe or
double pipe, and the supporting parts can be installed with disc or
